Space-saving designed of vertically aligned water bath and freezer. Equipped with freezer protection circuit to enables stable use at +100 ºC.External circulation with variable flow rate, watering surface is made of all stainless steel
It is optimum to circulate into precise device by variable flow rate. Since all watering surface is made of stainless steel, heat resistance and sanitary quality is improved.Specifications

●When setting around RT - +60ºC, please circulate cooling water (tap water) in cooling pipe (please ask). Temperature rise by work heat from mixing pump need to be minimized at above +40ºC because freezer stops.
●When setting above +70ºC, please use heating medium for high temperature (see separately sold parts).
●Please do not use pure water or distilled water as heating medium. These may cause breakdown of machine.
